Hey, I'm Landon, the owner and coffee roaster behind Cupa Coffee Roasting. I started Cupa because I was passionate about roasting delicious coffees. From casual coffee drinkers to connoisseurs, I love sharing my knowledge and incredible coffees with everyone.
My approach to selecting coffees is driven by my extensive experience as a roaster. I don't discriminate based on origin, varietals, process, or Q-Grading – I'm focused on finding the best beans that will make delicious and unique coffees.
I work directly with sellers around the world to ethically source the highest quality green coffee beans. Then I tailor each roast to accentuate the natural characteristics of the bean, finding the right balance of flavor, strength, bitterness, acidity, and body.
